  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  4. Refund Process: Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued via JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank transfer, as per your preference.

  5. Refund Timeframe: Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

  6. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products, such as customized or perishable goods, are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund upon verification.
