   Standard delivery usually takes 2-5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions or courier delays.

3. Shipping Cost
   Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order and will be displayed at checkout. Any additional charges will be disclosed upfront, so there are no surprises.

4. Order Confirmation
   Once your order is confirmed, we will notify you via email with an order summary. You will also receive a notification with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Partners
   We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders. While we strive to deliver on time, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors outside our control.

6. Shipping Restrictions
   We currently only deliver within Pakistan and do not offer international shipping at this time.

7. Shipping Address
   Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Vis Organics is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

8. Order Tracking
   After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to check the status of your order on the courier’s website.

9. Damaged or Missing Items
   If you receive an order with missing or damaged items, please contact us at visorganicspk@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Undeliverable Packages
    If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address information or multiple delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery or issue a refund as per our refund policy.
